Dev’s previous career in interest rate trading and broking at both Barclays and Royal Bank of Canada has given him a sound foundation and genuine interest in continuing to develop his financial markets knowledge.

This background has helped him win business and deliver on assignments by clearly understanding the requirements of his clients and candidates, and has been evident in him partnering with a major financial exchange on a number of key client facing hires.
