The AWR will come into force in England, Scotland and Wales on the 1st October 2011 and will give agency workers, such as yourself, the right to the same basic terms and conditions as if the hirer i.e. our client, had employed you directly to do the same job, with the same skills and qualifications. They do not alter your employment status in any way; you will remain an agency worker engaged by Austin Benn under your current terms.
