Refer a friend who is placed in a permanent job or who works for us in a temporary role for four weeks or more, and we will reward you between £100 and £250 to spend with Red Letter Days and shopping vouchers. This is our way of saying thanks!

Do you know someone who is hiring? Refer them to Austin Benn and we will reward you with £250 vouchers when they hire a permanent worker or a temporary worker for a minimum of four weeks*.
Support a Charity
Alternatively, you can choose to donate all, or a proportion of this amount, to our chosen charity, Macmillan Cancer Support.
Macmillan provide support and help with all the things that people affected by cancer want and need. They recognise that it’s not only patients who live with cancer, so they also help carers, families and communities in many different ways.
What do I have to do?
It couldn’t be easier, to make a referral, simply contact your consultant with details of who you are referring - we’ll do the rest!
There is no limit to how many referrals you can make and vouchers will be sent to you one month after your referral starts their job.
