We have a unique Assessment Centre offering which is a sophisticated and hugely cost effective solution that allows you to evaluate candidates against your required core competencies. The solution is suitable for all employers though is ideal for those with multiple vacancies or where core attitudes and personal attributes are more imperative than specific market knowledge or experience.
 
Aptitude and Psychometric Testing
From assessing the commercial credentials of graduates, to evaluating behavioural patterns directly related to work associated pressures, Austin Benn are able to provide you with a 360 degree evaluation of your shortlist. Many of our clients enjoy the added security of the ‘Science behind Recruitment’ including: Psychometric Profiling, Intelligence and aptitude assessments and IT literacy. We can offer aptitude and ability testing through Thomas International's GIA and TST. We already have the capability to offer psychometric testing through Thomas International's PPA.
