Austin Benn is a recruitment specialist with over 25 years experience recruiting sales, marketing and financial markets professionals. We are true pioneers in this field and lead the industry in delivering bespoke recruitment solutions, tailored to meeting clients’ needs.
In addition, during the past 25 years, we have established a truly iconic brand, attracting over 3,000 candidates per month, yet we register, on average, only 1 in 35. This reflects our total commitment to quality and is one of the key factors in how Austin Benn has successfully built a candidate network that is the envy of our competition.
Austin Benn itself is small enough to remain entrepreneurial, transparent and accountable, but with the benefit of having access to the technology, information and facilities of the Impellam Group – one of the world’s largest recruitment providers.
In 2008 Austin Benn expanded into the financial markets with the merge of Indigo City. This created our financial markets division trading as Austin Benn Financial Markets. Each member of the Austin Benn Financial Markets team offers a genuine combination of recruitment knowledge and practical working experience gained from within the market sectors they recruit for.
We primarily operate from a core location of London, with additional consultants working from many of the Impellam Group’s UK offices providing a truly National capability.
