Our client, a world leader in geosynthetics technology, soil reinforcement and ground stabilisation solutions for the civil engineering industry, is now looking for an International Sales Manager to promote its offerings abroad in countries including Africa, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Turkey and Israel.
International Sales Engineer
£40,000 - £42,000 + bonus + company car + pension + life insurance +
Our client a leader in the field of geosynthetics, manufactures a range of high performance geogrid and geotextile products for the civil engineering industry. Based in the North of England, they have developed a combination of unique products, world-class design expertise and construction applications experience, gained over more than 20 years.
The company is currently recruiting for a Sales Engineer to promote sales of it's products and to heighten it's brand and product awareness in specific geographical territories. The position, which will report directly to the Commercial Director and will identify routes to market and customer base of influencers and end users by country and put in place a strategy for timely and ongoing communication to customer base. The position will involve travel overseas to countries including Africa, India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Turkey and Israel.
Applicants will be educated to degree standard or similar in Civil Engineering with several years experience in Civil Engineering and Construction with a particular interest in the Geotechnical aspects of the subject. Experience of reinforced soil design and applications would be an advantage. Excellent communication abilities to establish good working relationships with external customers are also essential. The successful candidate will also possess a good knowledge of computer techniques and will be a self-motivator.
