A well respected CEM/ OEM manufacturer within the electronics industry is now looking for an established sales manager/ engineer to promote its manufacturing services to current and potential clients within the UK.
National Sales Manager/ Sales Engineer/ Business Development Manager
Electronics Manufacturer: OEM, CEM (Network Infrastructure)
OTE £50 to £55k Basic £25,000 - £30,000
Car allowance, BUPA, 23 days holiday (25 after 12 months),
Field based role: location flexible (good access to M1, M4, M5, and M6)
Based in the South East of England, this privately owned, electronics manufacturing company, established in the 70's, has built an enviable reputation within its industry and manufactures products for a number of well known blue chip companies. The company has very ambitious growth plans and offers the right individual a great opportunity to be a part of their success story.
As an established sales engineer, or sales manager, you will be expected to promote the companies manufacturing services to the wider UK market. Based from home, the role is an autonomous one and will require a disciplined approach from planning your day to day, right through to negotiating at senior level to win business.
The successful candidate will have strong sales background within the OEM/ CEM electronics field and will have a strong awareness of the industry, competitors and potential customers. An electronics qualification, whether it be an HNC/ HND or degree, is desirable although not essential. Critical to the role is a strong sales pedigree within the industry and a good knowledge base of its players. For the right individual this role will offer great career opportunities from managing new sales recruits through to playing a key role in management decisions.
