Our client offer BT local business solutions to SME's across Coventry and Warwickshire offering a complete telecoms solution in partnership with BT.
Formed in 2003 and continuing to experience dramatic growth our client now require a proven sales manager to join their Coventry based team.
Sales Manager circa £30,000 plus car allowance and uncapped commission potential
Coventry office, West Midlands and Warwickshire territory
Offering the full range of BT local business telecommunications solutions to clients within a designated territory, our client has worked in partnership with BT since 2003 and continue to contact local businesses to introduce their market leading telecoms solutions.
The role will require management of both an internal and external sales team (approximately 10 sales executives) and the day to day coaching, mentoring and training that will be required to ensure the team produce the required targets.
Based mainly in the companies HQ in Coventry as well as shadowing members of the field sales team as require
The ideal candidate will come from a proven sales management background having managed ideally both internal and external sales people (ideally up to 10 people). They will also have an excellent face to face sales manner being able to build employee and client relationships and ultimately lead by example.
Experience within Telecoms is an advantage, although not essential.
