Temporary Medical Secretary – immediate start and ongoing- up to £11.50 per hour
Established private London Hospital specialising in all forms of spinal disorders including back pain, scoliosis, spinal tumours and disc prolapse are looking for a Medical Secretary to work one to one with a Consultant.
You will be required to manage a Consultants diary, audio type patient letters, deal with all enquiries over the telephone, liaise with Consultant Radiologists, Specialist Nurses, and Physiotherapists, booking all theatre beds, anaesthetists, and follow up consultations.
This is a very busy role and requires initiative, efficiency, dedication and commitment.
Some liaison with private insurance companies will be involved.
For this position you will need to have previous orthopaedic experience and have worked in the private sector.
£11.00- £11.50 per hour plus holiday pay
Monday to Friday 09.00 -17.00
Previous Orthopaedics and Medical Secretary experience essential.
