Marketing & Development Executive
Fixed 12 month contract
Our client is a leading recruitment solution provider with 80 offices across the UK. They are part multi billion dollar group whose operations extend across the U.S, U.K, New Zealand and Australia. A 12 month fixed term position has become available with our client for a Marketing and Development Executive to take responsibility for the development and implementation of a range marketing activities. In addition, the role will actively pioneer e-marketing projects from systems requirements to content development.
This broad-based marketing position will involve:
-Creation and implementation of traditional marketing activities for our clients sister company who are a specialist recruitment
-Reviewing the performance of marketing initiatives and making recommendations
-Relationship building with external and internal parties
- Sourcing external providers and reviewing performance
-Creating marketing collateral
-Building brand awareness
-Content strategy and implementation both Websites
-Website updates
-Copywriting for both internal and external communications
-Media planning and negotiations
-Sourcing e-marketing suppliers and managing an e-marketing launch
-Coordinating the training of users on e-software systems
-Monitoring budgets
The ideal candidate will have the capacity for strategic and creative thinking, the ability to manage budgets, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, produce and analyse reports and create effective marketing literature for both new and traditional media.
He or she will have marketing or similar communications qualifications with experience in a recruitment environment. Ideally he or she will have been involved in the implementation of online communication projects with conceptual knowledge of IT systems integration, plus a good comprehension of IT packages. Due to the large amount of copy writing involved a degree in journalism or journalism experience would be highly regarded. The role will be based in London, however, flexibility in regards to travel within the U.K will be required.
