Temporary Medical Secretary with Orthopaedic experience NW London, December start
Medical Secretary required for a specialist private practice situated in a large private hospital in North West London. You will need to have a minimum of 1 years experience in orthopaedics with a keen interest in hip surgery.
Your main responsibilities will be to work as a Medical Secretary where you will be required to proof read medical letters, possibly some editing, and then copy and pasting patient information and details. Other administrative work will be required. There will be some patient contact and lots of phone work, you will need to be well spoken and articulate with a caring personality.
Daily duties will possibly include invoicing of patients, providing credit control for all patient invoicing, managing correspondence and telephone enquiries as directed, you will also be required to maintain and file accurate records and to use a computer system to register and obtain client information, arranging appointments and liaising with external departments.
All clinical correspondence and audio typing will need to be accurate.
It is essential that you have good spoken and written English, Secretarial skills, and are computer literate.
Monday to Friday 09.00 -17.30
£10.50-£11.50 per hour + holiday
