Our client are a manufacturer of bespoke, innovative and high end packaging solutions to some truly heavyweight clients (Motorola, 02 and Vodaphone ) They continue to innovate and invest, establishing their global presence with offices in the U.S, China, Australia and Europe.
As part of this investment they require a new member to join the UK B2B sales force with a focus on the highly profitable French market.
Business Development Manager
£35,000 - £40,000 plus uncapped commission and benefits
Based at the clients London (Borough Market) offices – UK & Europe sales territory
High end, high impact packaging is of great importance to many industries (Telecoms, Giftware, music, entertainment etc) as both a branding, advertising and promotional tool. Our client provides a bespoke service and requires a proven creative sales person to actively seek out new business opportunities.
The role will require full control of the sales cycle. Meeting, when necessary, with key decision makers often within marketing and PR functions, taking requirements before presenting back prices and solutions then remaining point of contact throughout the transaction.
The nature of this role will require high levels of organisation and compliance as well as the expected sales and relationship building skills needed to be successful.
The successful candidate will display all the above attributes and have proven themselves as a dynamic and career minded professional, ideally with some knowledge and experience within print, packaging design and marketing as well as sales.
Based from our clients London offices, the successful candidate will be within commutable distance and although the role will be mainly office based be prepared to travel when necessary.
