Trainee Recruitment Consultant
£22,000 - £30,000 Basic Salary

As Trainee Recruitment Consultant, your career path will progress to fully fledged Consultant and into leadership and managerial roles should this be your choice. Your role will be a mix of candidate attraction through advertising, networking and headhunting; as well as client liaison and management.
The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre, and preferably have 2 years' experience working within business. Alternatively, industry background experience would be equally appealing, such as oil and gas, pharmaceutical, etc. Most importantly, you will have the highest level of communication and interpersonal skills, enjoy learning through being pushed outside of your comfort zone, and possess a positive and proactive attitude are essential.
