At Austin Benn we believe in openness with our employers and jobseekers and as such we you have the facility to directly contact our key personnel rather than a faceless customer service employee. All feedback is sent straight to the most relevant Operations Manager and copied into our Managing Director. We will acknowledge receipt of your feedback within two working days and revert with a timescale to respond.
