Austin Benn were established over twenty years ago as a sales specialist and are one of the UK’s market leaders in sales recruitment. Our aim is simple: At Austin Benn we would not be satisfied with being single transaction agents. We don't look for 'one-off' relationships. We want to be the consultancy of choice for people looking for sales career opportunities and, through our talent acquisition skills, we want to be a profit centre for our markets.

We are a member of the REC (the industry regulatory body) and as an equal opportunities organisation we actively monitor diversity. We are a member of the London AIM listed Impellam Plc, a major UK owned recruitment group that resulted from the merger of Carlisle Group and the Corporate Services Group.
