Our Processes & Our Methods – The Total Managed Solution
 
Whatever recruitment solution is best placed to serve your need all Austin Benn consultants work to the same structured process.  We call it our Total Managed Solution and it ensures that you, our client, remains in control of the recruiting process at every stage.  It is our intention to become your valuable recruitment partner and we are flexible enough to adapt to your own internal processes.  Our own internal process is the TMS or Total Managed Service and is composed of six simple stages:
 
Client Meeting - The purpose of this meeting is to fully understand and appreciate the in depth candidate specification, business culture and working relationship. At Austin Benn, we will provide the right recruitment solution for your business, finding a pool of candidates that will add value and succeed in their new role.
Candidate Resourcing - From our database and regular new sign ups we will conduct detailed assessments and interviews on a selection of candidates suitable for the position, giving you, our client a viable number of options. We will delve into our candidates career highlights, future aspirations, suitability to the role and qualify their commitment.
Shortlist Interview - This is our personal recommendation of high quality candidates matching the job specification and committed to making the right career move. At this stage, you can feel confident that you have a sound selection of candidates and move onto 1st and 2nd interviews.
Interview Management - After all of the interviews have been completed, you can be assured that Austin Benn will manage this process, providing you with detailed feedback from each and every candidate. It is this information that will ease the decision making process, whilst we re-assess compatibility and test commitment from the final candidate chosen.
Offer Management - We strongly believe that offers between clients and candidates are more successful if handled by Austin Benn. We want to ensure you recruit the candidate you really want, which on most occasions, involves negotiation! We can manage this process effectively so a mutually appropriate offer is reached and start date organised.
Post Offer - Following acceptance of an offer, we maintain three way communication and ensure constant contact is kept. We handle resignation counselling, counter offer management and test candidate commitment right up to the start date. This post offer management allows a smooth transition, delivering you the quality candidate you set out to find in the initial briefings.
