We have a unique Assessment Centre solution which is a hugely sophisticated and cost effective solution that allows you to evaluate candidates against your required core competencies. The solution is suitable for all employers though is ideal for those with multiple vacancies or where core attitudes and personal attributes are more imperative than specific market knowledge or experience. We offer a variety of packages but our standard package includes:
- A through briefing meeting where the role is fully understood and the required competencies are agreed.
- Candidates are sourced by Austin Benn against the brief and fully screened and briefed on the role. Joining packs and your information are confirmed to each delegate.
- You will receiving a pre-assessment pack detailing each candidates CV, screening profile and reasons for their suitability to the role.
- Group and individual tests are agreed against the competencies you require prior to the day.
- The assessment day will be run by our own evaluators and assessors allowing you to carefully evaluate each delegate. We also have a team of freelance occupational psychologists who can perform tailored one-on-one interviews during the day (available at a supplement)
- At the end of the day you will sit down with the assessor and evaluators to have a full debrief on all delegates. You will receive a pack on each delegate with scores and comments against your agreed competencies.
The Austin Benn Assessment Centre Solution can also be used at more senior levels to test complex prerequisite skillsets.
