National Head of Field Sales - Software Managed Service - £75,000 basic + 6 figure OTE + car allowance + Share Options + Pension - Berkshire.

A fantastic new opportunity for a proven field sales manager with a fast growing provider of a leading travel booking software platform. There are investing in their technology and are looking to appoint an experienced sales management professional to recruit, train and manage a national Field sales team.

My client is enjoying year on year growth and has rapidly established itself as the market leader. This is a ground floor opportunity to make a mark in this sector and input in the organisations direction.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • a successful track record of field sales management and leadership and driving growth in a consulting/software/managed service business
  • demonstrable experience of building and managing high-performing field sales teams in the SaaS or technology sector
  • a consultative sales approach and natural leader
  • you will be able to articulate how you have managed large national teams to success
  • experience selling high ticket value, complex, multi-stakeholder solutions
  • experience of selling in the schools and education sector would also be preferable.
