Client Director - Business Development
Sales Training Consultancy
£70,000 basic OTE £150,000
In this role you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, understanding client's needs and working with the delivery team to develop suitable solutions. You will also be expected to develop and strengthen existing client relationships, provide expertise and look for new opportunities to increase the value of the accounts.
Ideally you will have a proven track record in selling high value training solutions or consultancy into corporate clients. You will familiar with structured selling techniques and have experience of selling high value solutions at senior level. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales as a "craft" and sales training. You will have a good understanding of sales training and the leadership development marketplace and will have excellent research, prospecting, negotiating and influencing skills.
