Covering Warwickshire, Northamptonshire and Bedfordshire working for one of the largest Pharmaceutical companies in Europe. Our client heavily invests in their people and offers excellent training and career development.
Ideally you will have worked within the Pharmaceutical sector or have at least 2 years FMCG field sales experience and will be a strong relationship builder, with good communication and presentation skills. The main focus of this position is to ensure delivery of the company's key performance measurements of sales and profit by enhancing customer loyalty and developing business partnerships by offering company initiatives and promoting the company's packages and services into dispensing doctors. This role will involve visiting existing clients on a regular basis as well as prospecting for some new business.
To be successful it is essential that you have strong interpersonal skills, experience of identifying and exploiting profit opportunities and are highly driven and self motivated. In addition you should have good time management skills and the desire to succeed.
